The Wellness Cooperative is located in Travelers Rest, SC. We are a group
of practitioners and healers that are establishing a wellness center serving all
of Greenville County, but especially the northern reaches.
We are located at 298 Stamey Valley Road, across the street from The Little
Lake (and it's RV park), in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood. We are
centrally located five miles north of Travelers Rest, just off of Highway 25,
near Rts 290 and 414 and five miles south of Highway 11. Our house is a
simple brick cottage with three treatment rooms and welcoming living and
relaxation areas, both inside and out.
We are open by appointment, and offer Traditional Chinese Medicine,
Acupuncture, Reflexology, Massage, Qi Gong lessons, Kundalini Yoga
instruction, Nutritional and Lifestyle Counseling, Mentoring and Meditation.
Our practitioners are Eric Aufdencamp (TCM, Acupuncture, Nutritional/
Lifestyle Counseling and Massage), Kinte Hill (Reflexology and Qi Gong),
Maria Hill (Massage), Joanne Barry (Kundalini and Yoga) and John James,
our manager and mentor.
Our future plans include a full time facility along with a traditional herb
garden, an outside labyrinth, and an additional classroom space in a
converted building on the property. Our gardens will be maintained
through the commitment of our practitioners and members. We look
forward to expanding a creating a facility that serves the needs of our
community in Travelers Rest and its' surrounding environs.
